Returns

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted merchandise to Barrabes. We accept returns for refund or exchange up to thirty calendar days after delivery of your purchase. If you want to return an item due to a defect, damage or some other warranty-related claim, please contact Barrabes customer service first.

UK Returns

Due to customs procedures in place following the UK's exit from the European Union, all Barrabes returns from the UK must be handled by GLS as the importing carrier. Please contact Barrabes Customer Service to have your return authorization (RMA) issued and collection of the item(s) arranged. 

The cost of this service is 7.00€, which will be deducted from your refund once it's been processed. Exchanges (for a different size, for example) are free of charge. 

Any unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to sender. 

Import VAT Refund

If you were charged VAT by Barrabes at checkout, your VAT will be refunded along with your return. If you were charged import VAT by Parcel Force at delivery, you will need to apply for a VAT refund with HMRC directly. In order to claim back your import VAT, you will need to fill out a C285 form, which appears in the link below on the gov.uk site:

Return from within the European Union

For returns from within the EU, you will be responsible for return postage of the unwanted merchandise to Barrabes. We recommend using a service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery. 

Other Returns from Outside the European Union

For all other returns coming from outside the EU, you will be responsible for the return postage to Barrabes, along with any possible import duties or fees charged by Spanish customs upon return. We recommend using the international postal service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery and to minimize customs fees and duties. You should forward the tracking number to Barrabes Customer Service once you have it. 

Be sure to mark "Return Goods" on your customs form to avoid unnecessary charges. 

Exchanges 

Barrabes offers free shipping on exchange orders for our EU customers. Free exchange shipping is not available for returns from outside of the European Union. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another color/size or for a different product, you will have to place a new order in our online store. Outbound shipping is not refunded on returns coming from outside the EU. 

Processing a Return

If you would like to return a product for an exchange or refund, visit our Product Return page or go to My Account and follow the steps to process the return. You will be able to print off the returns slip and find the complete address for all returns locations. 

If your return is related to a claim of any kind, you will need to send a scanned copy or photograph of your return postage receipt by email in order for us to reimburse those costs if your claim is accepted. 

Please be sure to include all original packaging and labels, and pack the items in transport packaging (NOT shoe boxes or original product boxes). Unless otherwise instructed, the entire product purchased must be returned, including all parts and accessories.

If the item you are returning for a warranty claim has been used, it must be returned as clean as possible (mud and dirt should be cleaned from footwear and articles of clothing should be washed). Items that have not been cleaned properly may be rejected directly and sent back.
